China PMP Does Solar Power, can Charge Other Devices too.
The MS3588 from HK Power is quite an interesting device. Not only does it offer solar and DC charging, it also allows use as a charger for other electronic devices. Oh, and it supports AVI videos (QVGA resolution, 25fps), MP1, MP2, MP3, WMA, WAV, AMR and ADPCM audio files, and JPEG, GIF and BMP images.
Being a multitasking device, the MS3588 can also handle 8-bit FC/NES games, and 16-bit GB/GBC types through a third-party emulator (which presumably isn’t included). It has e-book reader functionality, and can perform audio translation of TXT files with your choice of male or female voices and eight effects. A slot for SD cards up to 2GB in capacity is built-in, as is a microphone for audio recording, and six EQ settings are standard.
